Sam has spent his career in the field and at the table — running commercial design-build projects across Minnesota. At Foxhaven he leads construction strategy and keeps every budget honest with a builder’s eye.

Grant
Principal — Construction
Grant co-founded a commercial design-build firm and has delivered projects from custom builds to commercial work. He leads preconstruction and execution at Foxhaven — the person who makes sure what gets drawn gets built.
David
Principal — Architecture
David brings a decade-plus of architectural practice to Foxhaven. He designs buildings meant to be owned for decades, not flipped — and because he holds equity, every line on the drawing carries his own stake.
Justin
Principal — Growth & Operations
Justin has spent his career building and scaling businesses. At Foxhaven he runs investor relations, marketing, and operations — the connective tissue between the build side and the people who back it.
Builder roots
Foxhaven didn’t appear out of nowhere. It grew out of a builder’s shop.
Sam and Grant’s commercial design-build firm is where the construction muscle behind Foxhaven was forged — years of real projects, real schedules, and real clients. David’s architectural practice adds the design depth, and Justin’s operating background ties it together.
